Technical Details

Standard Reachback is a planned service intended to provide remote access to Geoptic technical specialists for routine technical queries and planned support. It is not presently available. When introduced, it will assist deployed personnel with equipment operation, basic diagnostics, data quality, software guidance, interpretation and operational decision-making.

Planned Service Level

  • Proposed support hours: UK business hours, Monday to Friday
  • Proposed initial response target: within three business days
  • Proposed technical engagement target: within one business day
  • Planned support: basic remote diagnostics, review of supplied logs and data, standard software guidance and equipment fault advice
